Due to continued expansion, we seek a hard-working, fun-loving Administration Officer to join our Kelvin Grove, Brisbane team. This crucial role will see the successful candidate working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, assisting them in providing the best service in the industry.

How you will display your talents

All you need is the right attitude, excellent attention to detail, outstanding customer service.. we will teach you the rest!

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will assist with creating sales orders and provide general office and administrative support as required. 

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Sales Support;
  • Advertising scheduling and booking;
  • General administration; and 
  • Customer service.

Additionally, you will align your performance with Bishopp's organisational culture and provide support its code of conduct, policies and procedures, particularly those concerning safety.

How you will get yourself on the Billboard

High attention to detail is crucial for this role, where the many moving parts of the organisation will provide a constant challenge. While experience in the advertising industry or with billboards will be beneficial, they are not essential for success.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office will be required to enable you to manage the multiple competing priorities this role encounters each day. 

With superior communication and interpersonal skills, you will build and maintain relationships with the sales and traffic teams and with external stakeholders and customers.

Successful candidates must have full Australian working rights to be considered for the position.
